X-rays were always elongated due to the terrible gag reflex and she did get mad when that first crown did not fit (not like she had anything better to do with her time), root canals were done with a cordless Craftsman drill and 1/4" drill bit, and her oral surgeon flew in from Florida. Other than that she was basically a couple of prophys per year, fluoride, and the occasional sealant. Someday I'll have to tell you about the time we attempted an impression.
